The Challenge

Devoción is not just a coffee brand — it is a direct trade operation connecting Colombian farm harvests with New York cafes and a global subscriber base within days of picking. Their e-commerce platform was failing to tell that story. A generic Shopify setup could not communicate the brand's radical freshness proposition, leading to subscription churn and a disconnect between the cafe experience and the online one.

Our Approach

We rebuilt Devocion's Shopify store as a farm-to-cup narrative platform. Origin stories, harvest dates, and producer profiles were woven directly into product pages — giving every bag of coffee a biography. The subscription architecture was redesigned for flexibility and transparency, directly addressing the reasons customers were churning.
