Resos

Resos is a commission-free restaurant reservation and table management platform for independent hospitality operators — built to give small and mid-sized venues the tools that had previously only been available to large chains with enterprise software budgets. The challenge was designing an experience powerful enough for professional front-of-house teams while remaining accessible to operators who were not technology-native.

We designed a dual-facing experience: an elegant, frictionless guest booking journey on the consumer side, and a powerful table management dashboard for the operator side. The floor plan editor, reservation timeline, and turn management tools were designed for fast, confident use during a busy service — without requiring training or a manual.
