NeuroFit
NeuroFit is a nervous system regulation app built on neuroscience — using HRV biofeedback and guided somatic exercises to help users move out of chronic stress and into regulated states. The product was clinically credible and genuinely effective, but translating complex neuroscience into an app interface that felt calm, accessible, and non-clinical was a significant design challenge that the existing UI had not solved.
We designed a UI system built around the nervous system's own logic — regulating colour temperature, reducing visual noise, and using progressive disclosure to surface complexity only when the user was ready for it. The onboarding flow introduced the science gradually, the daily regulation score became the app's emotional anchor, and the HRV tracking interface was designed to feel supportive rather than clinical.
UI/UX design for NeuroFit, a nervous system regulation app built on neuroscience. Calm, clinical-grade interface with HRV tracking, guided exercises, and a personalised daily regulation score.
