Incredible

Incredible is a personal achievement and habit-tracking app built for high performers — people who are already motivated but need the right system to maintain momentum. The challenge was designing an experience that felt genuinely empowering rather than another productivity tool adding guilt to their day. Every design decision needed to reinforce progress, not just track it.

We designed a gamified achievement system with a daily performance dashboard that made visible progress the primary emotional reward. Streak mechanics were built to recover gracefully from missed days rather than punish them. Accountability partner features were embedded deeply into the core experience — making social reinforcement feel natural, not performative.
